With the rapid development of the 3C electronics industry, the electronics manufacturing industry has continuously improved product process requirements. As its important component, the automatic dispenser has gradually become the main process equipment. Its importance is undoubtedly not only saves costs for companies, but also improves product quality and Production efficiency, the most important thing is to say goodbye to the traditional manual gluing operation. In industrial production, dispensing is needed in many places, such as integrated circuits, semiconductor packages, printed circuit boards, color LCD screens, electronic components (such as relays, speakers), electronic components, automotive components, and so on. Traditional glue dispensing is realized by manual operation by workers, and manual glue dispensing is far from being able to meet industrial requirements. Manual dispensing has the disadvantages of complicated operation, slow speed, low accuracy, error-prone, and the inability to perform complex graphics operations, and the inability to realize production automation. The market requires a device with high speed, high efficiency and high precision. So there is a fully automatic dispensing robot. However, in daily use, various problems will arise after using it for a long time. So what are the common problems of automatic dispensers?


1. Glue composition: usually used glue: epoxy resin, UV glue, silica gel, anaerobic glue, instant glue, etc. If it is an AB two-component glue, its ratio should also be considered.


2. The pressure of the AB glue dispenser when in use: The pressure determines the amount of glue supplied and the speed of glue outflow. The worse the fluidity of the glue, the thicker it will be. The greater the pressure it needs, it should work according to the nature of the glue. The pressure is selected based on the ambient temperature and the amount of glue. High ambient temperature will reduce the viscosity of the glue and improve the fluidity. At this time, the pressure must be lowered; on the contrary, the pressure must be increased (adjusted by the pressure regulating valve).


3. The size of the dispensing volume: As long as the dispensing volume is determined by the length of the dispensing duration, the longer the time. According to our experience, the greater the dispensing volume. The size of the glue dot diameter should be 1/2 of the product spacing. In this way, it is possible to ensure that there is sufficient glue to bond the components and avoid the waste caused by excessive glue.


4. Work efficiency and environmental impact: there are few products, no efficiency, use manual dispenser; outdoor work, use glue gun. It requires precise control of the contest and the use of machines. If automatic dispensing is required, use machines with automatic functions (higher cost and higher efficiency).


5. The viscosity of the glue has flowability: the worse the fluidity of the glue, the thicker it is, and the more complicated the equipment.


6. Needle size and type: The size of the needle will affect the size and accuracy of the glue. When the air pressure is constant, the larger the nozzle of the needle, the larger the glue. The dispensing needle should be selected according to the product size. Generally, the inner diameter of the needle It should be about 1/2 of the diameter of the glue dot for the best effect.


7. Dispensing cost: There are various dispensing solutions, not all dispensing needs to use a machine, and not all automated dispensing must be attached to the dispensing machine. From the perspective of cost, if a certain glue needs to be used with a high-priced machine, consider replacing the glue. If the price of an automated dispenser is too high, consider moving the product instead of the dispenser head.


8. Glue properties: single-component dispenser for ordinary glue, double-liquid dispenser for AB glue, PU glue dispenser for PU glue, and special syringe for UV glue.
